Isa Marthinsen has extensive experience from management consulting and strategy, having spent +9 years at Boston Consulting Group and held various strategic roles at industry-leading Swedish corporations.

From her years within consulting, Isa brings experience from multiple industries, such as retail, FMCG, healthcare, and financial institutions. Isa has worked with C-suit levels for world leading companies and been supporting projects within topics such as portfolio optimisation, go-to-market strategies, digital agendas, and transformation journeys.

She has specific expertise in the retail and consumer goods sector. Prior to Chord she worked as Business Leader at Clas Ohlson and as Head of Strategy for Sweden’s leading grocery player Axfood.  She has a genuine interest in challenging status quo and creating business models suited to today’s fast paced market environment and rapidly changing customer needs.

Isa holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of economics and is also a certified yoga teacher with a passion for pushing physical and mental boundaries in the yoga practice.
