Mathilde has almost 10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Line Management and Project Management positions across a range of companies and industries. Prior to joining CHORD, she worked as a transformation manager at a Private Equity company, working closely with the portfolio companies to turn around the performance. She has extensive experience from company-wide transformations, change management, operational excellence and strategic cost reduction

Mathilde’s interest in manufacturing led her to a graduate program at Rolls-Royce and then to a line manager position in production at Coca-Cola, before she started her consulting career at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey she was part of the operations practice and worked mainly on manufacturing related projects across various industries spanning Automotive, Industrial Goods, Medical Technology, Marine and FMCG. Most recently, Mathilde transitioned into project management roles at Sandvik Coromant and the Private Equity company she worked at before joining CHORD.

Mathilde has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. She is also a Prosci certified Change Practitioner since 2021.
