Mikael has 21 years of management consulting experience, primarily focusing on industries such as Automotive & Commercial Vehicles, Industrial Products, Medical Equipment and Travel & Transportation.

He has helped large global companies, as well as mid and small-sized companies to optimise their value chains, creating opportunities for growth and optimising cost efficiency.

Mikael’s functional expertise is within Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing where he has led projects on both a structural and strategic level as well as transformational implementations in production, planning and distribution.

Prior to CHORD he was the Managing Director of Accenture’s Gothenburg office, as well as leading the Nordic Supply Chain & Operations practice and the Nordic Automotive & Industrial practice within Accenture Strategy.
