Fredrik’s engineering background with focus on business and entrepreneurship brought him to McKinsey &Co. where he predominantly worked with strategy and transformation programs prior to joining CHORD. He has ample experience in change management, organisation  design, and digital/analytics within varying industries, but primarily in manufacturing and retail.

Fredrik is not a fan of the term “foodie”, but his love for eating, cooking, and exploring cultures through food is…significant, to say the least. When he is not planning his next meal, he enjoys spending time on a bike (mountain, gravel, road, or motor), in his gym, or with his family.
