Isa has extensive experience from strategy consulting, having spent +9 years at BCG and 4 years in various strategic roles at industry-leading Swedish corporations; most recently as Head of Strategy at Axfood. Her expertise lies mainly in topics such as go-to-market strategies, growth agendas, as well as larger transformation journeys; preferably in the retail and consumer goods sectors. 

Outside of work you will find Isa either on the yoga mat, practicing arm balancing poses, often together with her husband, or in the ski slope where she is actively coaching her two sons. When the snow has melted, her hands are deep down in the flowerbeds in her garden.
