Julia brings nearly 9 years of experience in the Management Consultancy industry, where she has been dedicated to driving the internal people agenda and spearheading various Human Resources initiatives. Previous to CHORD, she worked at McKinsey & Company and holds a BSc from Dublin Business School in Business Administration.

Outside of work, Julia is a mother of two lovely and lively daughters, and she strives to keep up with their vibrant pace. The family is all about outdoor adventures—whether they’re sailing through the archipelago, conquering ski slopes, or tackling their unruly century-old garden. When not out exploring, you’ll find Julia channeling her inner hostess with a flair for themed dinner parties — making sure her guests have a blast!
