With several years of experience in management consulting, previously at McKinsey & Company, she brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for empowering teams to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Julia is a mother of two lovely and lively daughters, and she strives to keep up with their vibrant pace. The family is all about outdoor adventures—whether they’re sailing through the archipelago, conquering ski slopes, or tackling their unruly century-old garden. When not out exploring, you’ll find Julia channeling her inner hostess with a flair for themed dinner parties — making sure her guests have a blast!
