Robert’s experience combines 5+ years of management consulting with 3 years as Head of Change Management & Sustainability at Embellence Group, prior to joining Chord. He has a broad industry experience with certain interest for Medtech & Life Science. He is passionate about problem solving and driving change as a team. His areas of expertise include growth strategies, business model design, operational improvement and sustainability.

 Robert likes to spend time together with his daughter and wife, exploring the forest hunting for mushrooms, going skiing or just playing around at home. If not with his family, you probably find him battling it out on the padel court, on the golf course or in the gym.
