Lars has 30 years’ experience from management consulting, line management and board roles. Prior to joining CHORD, he spent 15 years with McKinsey, 10 years with SKF in leading positions and 5 years as independent board professional and advisor. His expertise lies primarily in corporate strategy and transformation programs for industrial companies with active owners.

When not working, you are likely to find Lars on one of his bikes, on the ski slopes, practising his musical instruments, or in the kitchen and wine cellar. A favourite place is the summer house in Fjällbacka, where he loves to spend time with his wife Li and their 3 children; boating, lobster fishing or hanging around with friends.
