Mikael has more than 25 years in consulting, where he has developed deep insights within end-to-end value chain and operations strategy & execution. He has led multiple global transformational programs for large- and mid-size industrial clients, e.g. in automotive, industrial products, transportation and med tech. Prior to CHORD, Mikael was 20 years with Accenture, leading the Gothenburg office and the Nordic Supply Chain & Operations practice.

While the young Mikael dreamt of becoming professional in football or bandy, the grown-up Mikael mostly supports his three kids in their sport endeavours. He still wants to be challenged in racket sports or skiing, but if you really want to catch his attention, 17th century history or local food from Småland are safe topics to get him going…
